How to make a return or exchange:

- The pieces must be in their original condition in the same condition as received.

- Pin Collection Company bears the shipping costs in the event of a defect if it is the only piece in the order. It does not bear the shipping costs in the event that there are other intact pieces. In the case of a return, it bears the shipping costs of sending the piece again.
- The customer does not bear shipping costs if the return is made through the branch, and the amount is received while in the branch.
- Returns made through the representative will be sent by the representative, and when the piece arrives to us, it will be inspected and ensured that it is in the original condition it was sent in, within 5-7 days, and communication will be made to transfer the amount using the same payment method and not through the representative.
To make a return in both cases, notification must be made via E-Mail and confirmation must be made with the customer before sending the representative or going to the branch.

According to our return and exchange policy, products
cannot be returned or refunded in the following cases to ensure safety for Pin Collection customers:

- Products that have been ironed or washed, as well as products that have been damaged and are not in their original condition, and shoes without their original packaging.
- Products from which the price tag or brand has been removed.
- Underwear, beachwear, capes, scarves, watches, accessories, wallets, perfumes and socks.
- Returns exceeding 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Returns during offers:

The entire order will be returned and the amount paid will be refunded without shipping costs. If you wish to order a new purchase, you will be able to purchase with the current offers.

- The customer bears the shipping costs in the event that the return is made through the representative in the absence of a refund.
